Weitlaner und M. Kohlbacher) dar, welche auf der <a href=\"http:\/\/prague.strategicmanagement.net\/\" title=\"SMS 32nd Annual International Conference\" target=\"_blank\">32. Annual International Conference der Strategic Management Society<\/a> vorgestellt wird. Die Konferenz wird vom 7. bis 9. Oktober 2012 in Prag stattfinden. Das Paper wird in der <a href=\"http:\/\/prague.strategicmanagement.net\/tools\/schedule\/sessionDetails?id=239\" title=\"Session 239 der SMS Konferenz 2012\" target=\"_blank\">Session 239<\/a> pr\u00e4sentiert.<\/p>\n<p>Die Studie untersucht, wie sich einzelne Bausteine der Prozessorientierung (im Detail kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung, Unternehmenskultur konform mit Prozessmanagement, Management Commitment hinsichtlich Prozessmanagement, Prozesseignerrolle, Prozessleistungsmessung und Prozesswissen und -dokumentation) auf exploitative und explorative Innovation auswirken. Exploitative Innovationen (auch inkrementelle Innovationen genannt) stellen Verbesserungen oder Erweiterungen von bestehenden Produkten und\/oder Dienstleistungen eines Unternehmens dar. Explorative Innovationen hingegen repr\u00e4sentieren Produkte und\/oder Dienstleistungen, die nicht vom bestehenden Angebot des Unternehmens abgeleitet sind. Hierbei geht ein Unternehmen vollkommen neue Wege.<\/p>\n<p>Die empirische Studie basiert auf einer Befragung von 840 \u00f6sterreichischen Produktions- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass sowohl <a href=\"http:\/\/de.processorientation.com\/?tag=kontinuierliche-prozessverbesserung\" title=\"Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung\" target=\"_blank\">kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung<\/a> als auch ein <a href=\"http:\/\/de.processorientation.com\/?tag=unternehmenskultur\" title=\"Gelebtes Prozessmanagement\" target=\"_blank\">gelebtes  Prozessmanagement<\/a> beide Innovationsarten positiv beeinflussen.
